Some folks with the U.S. Coast Guard somehow thought today would be a good day to hold a training exercise ... on the Potomac River ... between Washington, D.C. and Virginia ... near the Pentagon ... where President Obama was speaking at a 9/11 memorial service.
Seriously, have they forgotten what happened on this day at that spot?
